A Bellingham Herald reader told me that there is and has been a leaky sewer somewhere in Squalicum Harbor so I spoke with port maintenance, harbor staff and real estate personnel to track this down. No person had any idea what this could be referring to, even the longest employed had never even heard of a leak in years past. So, for now no information is available to help this person.
There are several stormwater outfalls all across the entire waterfront so maybe that's what that person meant?
